Getting Started
There are two easy ways to get your refund or replacement started.
- Send a text to 727-687-7336. Please be sure to let us know the name or email used when ordered
- Use our Contact Form and let us know in the comments if you need or replacement or a return

Returning your purchase
Once we get your request we will immediately process your return or exchange.
Once we have completed your refund or exchange we will contact you to let you know if you will need to return the original product. If we ask you to return it we will provide prepaid mailer which you can just put in your mailbox, no postage needed. |
To Recap
- Send us a text or use our contact form to let us know if you need a refund or replacement. Although not required, let us know the reason for the refund/exchange.
- We will immediately process your refund or return.
- Please do not send your purchase back. If we ask you to return it, we will provide a prepaid mailer for you to do so.
- If you are requesting a refund and the order is less than 90 days old we will refund your payment to the original payment method (PayPal, Debit Card, Credit Card) used. Orders 90 days or older will be refunded with a check and mailed to you.

Your refund will be the total amount aid for the item(s) refunded. This will include shipping charges and sales taxes paid to Raci-Babi at the time of purchase.
When we ask to return your product to us we will send a pre-paid mailer to you, You will not be asked to pay any shipping related to the return or exchange. |
