Your satisfaction with your Raci-Babi experience is of the utmost importance to us! We are confident that you will find every Raci-Babi product the finest, most comfortable product of its type available and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, we will gladly refund, exchange or replace any Raci-Babi product for any reason at any time!

Free Lifetime Returns

We offer free lifetime returns on all our products.

Each of our products are handmade with love and attention to detail. We guarantee they will provide you total satisfaction as long as you own the product. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just follow the instructions below and we will get you a refund or ship you a replacement within one business day.

 

Getting Started

There are two easy ways to get your refund, exchange or replacement started.

  1. Send a text to 727-687-7336. Please be sure to let us know the name or email used when ordered.
    You may also leave a voice message on this line.
  2. Use our Contact Form and let us know in the comments if you need or replacement or a return
 

Returning your purchase

Not all returns, exchanges or refunds will require you to return your product.
If a return is required we will send you prepaid USPS shipping materials for the return.

Immediately upon receiving your request we will process your return or exchange.

Once we have completed your refund, exchange or replacement we will contact you to let you know if you will need to return the original product.
If we ask you to return it we will provide prepaid USPS mailer which you can just put in your mailbox, no postage or trip to the post office is needed.

 

Your refund will be for the total amount of the items returned and shipping if charged to you. We will supply prepaid USPS shipping materials for any items we ask you to return.

 

When will I receive my refund?

 

Refunds issued within 90 days of purchase

Refunds issued within 90 days of your initial purchase will be refunded when we receive your request, usually within an hour during regular business hours.

 

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase. In most cases this will be via PayPal, our payment processor, and will show up on your bank info within 1 day (usually within minutes of our issuance of the refund).

 

Refunds issued after 90 days

 

We normally issue a PayPal Send Money transaction to you for the refund amount. This method lets us send you the refund almost immediately.

If you prefer we can also process your refund with a check, however this may result in a delay of up to 14 days to process and mail the check to you.
